1.Are all the services free?

No, all the services are not free but there are several services which are free to use such as Horoscope, Gun Matching, Manglik check, Sun signs, moon signs etc.

2. What is the difference in predictions between free services and the paid services?

The free services are software based and the predictions are bit general. The Paid services are manually prepared by our astrologer Abhishek Dhawan. The predictions are personalized and are made after thorough the analysis of the horoscope.

3. Do I need to pay to register as a Member?

No, there is no membership fee for registration.

4. I have forgotten my password. What to do?

If you have forgotten your password please send us your Sign Up Email Address at info@askganesha.com. We will respond by sending an email to the registered email address only.

5. What are the user information that are collected and stored at your site?

No specific user identifiable information apart from your sign-up registration is ever collected & stored at our site.

Even the information asked and stored during registration is maintained to identify you uniquely and provide you with accurate predictions and to personalize the site for better user experience.

6. How accurate is the prediction given at this site?

The predictions provided to the clients on this site are backed by the sound experience of our Astrologer Mr. Abhishek Dhawan who has been practicing Astrology for quiet a number of years. he is capable of answering the questions which are genuine and serious.

7. Will this portal be developed in other languages? If yes, when and in what languages?

We have already installed the Alta Vista "Babel Fish" to translate the pages in other languages.
